Introduction

The product first took shape inside a community-driven messaging platform, where it gained early traction and scaled quickly. As the user base grew, it became clear that a more stable foundation and a better way to collaborate were needed beyond the original environment. We partnered with the internal team to design a shared creative space—now integrated into the core experience—built around how the community actually creates and works together.

Company is a platform that unites developers and revenue teams. As the world’s first developer CRM, Company connects developers with customers through the product itself. Aiming to build the most customer-centric companies globally, this Company links creators to customers by providing a system of record, a social experience, and a suite of platform connections to establish a single source of truth for all customer, product, and work-related data.
Following a successful rebranding and the launch of a beta site that is already attracting customers, we recognized the need to create a flexible digital design system that evolves with the business as Company introduces new features and capabilities to an expanding audience. When it came to conveying the vast array of features, capabilities, and opportunities that the Company platform offers its users, clarity and simplicity were essential to cutting through the noise of a saturated market.
With customer centricity at its core, we developed a narrative structure and page architecture that enables audiences to fully grasp both the multifaceted nature of the product and its direct impact on their teams and businesses. By continually simplifying the complex, the site is designed to be intuitive and purposeful, always pragmatic yet engaging and empathetic.
