Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients

  • Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on user needs and business requirements

  • Effectively communicate design concepts, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually

  • Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel industries

  • Continually iterate and evolve the way we approach product design

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products (Web applications, Mobile applications, SaaS)

  • Strong portfolio with your best works that shows your experience in both UX and UI skills

  • Expert knowledge in Figma (Components, Prototyping, Auto-layout, Team libraries)

  • Experience with user research and translating insights from research to your designs

  • Great communication skills both when interfacing with customers as well as when working with your team

  • A flexible, decisive personality and you know how to put your ego aside and focus on the needs of the user

  • A desire to improve your UX/UI skills

  • Excellent English, so you can easily communicate with clients
